Damp Proofing Systems

We have successfully been carrying out small to large damp proofing works around the London and surrounding area for over 25 years. Dampness in buildings, to the base of the walls is usually considered as rising dampness that is the process of moisture travelling vertically through the porous wall materials by capillary action. A survey would be required by Wing to identify the cause and provide the correct remedy to deal with the issues being experienced at the property.

Damp proofing to the walls
Many walls (above ground) often require our specialist damp proofing treatment that can include our injected damp proof course, specialist rendering and replastering, or a damp proofing wall membrane.

Damp proofing to the floor slab
Wing are experience installers of damp proofing treatments to an above ground slab where our range of systems include epoxy membranes, or damp proofing membranes.

Listed buildings
Listed buildings, or buildings formed from historic materials such as stone rely on the structure breathing and moisture evaporating naturally, where modern forms of damp proofing (renders) would not be suitable.

We take into consideration the structure requiring the damp treatment, where listed buildings (heritage) would usually need a specialist solution to meet building requirements.
