Usually in basement projects our Clients would like to optimise the internal space that can often extend the internal basement area beyond the boundaries of the above ground structure that leaves an RC deck, or ‘podium deck’.
Deck waterproofing systems usually consists of our specialist Type A waterproofing to seal the concrete surfaces, followed by a drainage membrane that guides any rainwater to suitable locations to provide long lasting protection.
Common systems types we have installed include liquid applied, sheet applied, cementitious coatings and hot melt systems.
